Free Learn to Fish Events in Northern British Columbia Provincial Parks
Looking for family-friendly outdoor activities in Northern BC this summer? Introduce your kids to a lifelong skill with the Learn to Fish program from the Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC, hosted at three scenic BC provincial parks near Fort St. John.
These free kids fishing events are perfect for beginners aged 5 to 15. Children will learn the basics of freshwater fishing in British Columbia, including how to cast, use tackle, identify fish species, and safely enjoy the outdoors.
